We may use third processors to analyse this data. All third parties are assessed and chosen based on their adherence to privacy regulations and security standards.

 

Verve Worker App

By submitting your information to Verve Marketing Ltd through the Verve Worker App you agree to the processing of this information by Verve Marketing Ltd (registered office, 11-15 Erne Street Upper, Dublin 2) by Verve staff employees.

Through Goworky, Verve collects the following information about candidates:

  • Name, address and contact details
  • Date of birth
  • PPS Number
  • Bank account details
  • CV career history
  • Availability, skills and work preferences
  • Nationality
  • Gender
  • Work performance history

Verve uses this information to:

  • Register candidates;
  • Assess suitability for job roles
  • Notify candidate regarding work assignments;
  • Carry out obligations arising from any assignments entered into by you and us;
  • Ensure payment;
  • Process requests that candidates have submitted; ;
  • Notify candidates of changes to our services;
  • Seek candidates views or comments on the services provided;
  • Send communications which have been requested and that may be of interest;
  • Respond to enquiries or complaints;;
  • Fulfil statutory obligations.

This information is stored by Microsoft Azure cloud services at data centres in Northern Ireland and the Netherlands.

Verve has contracted Talent Clouds Systems Ltd to manage this app.
Subject Access, Rectification, Receipt of data and Erasure requests or objections to the processing of data can be made directly to Verve via finance@verve.ie

Verve managed competitions and promotions on behalf of clients.

By submitting your information to Verve Marketing Ltd through Jotform you agree to the processing of this information by Verve Marketing Ltd (registered office, 11-15 Erne Street Upper, Dublin 2) by Verve employees. This data is used for the management of the promotion and nothing else. All data related to this competitions are deleted within 30 days of the competition closing. All data is stored and processed in the EU.
