WORD OF THE WEEK
Smart Content – Content that changes, or is displayed differently depending on past interactions between the business and the customer.
On a very simplified and low tech level this could be having targeted adverts that input your name into their advert to promote an offer/a given product.
However on a more cutting edge and high tech version this could see cameras taking a passing consumers image and inputting that into a digital poster at the end of a pathway.
