GYM + COFFEE were the title sponsor for one of London’s biggest events in the sports calendar; Summer Social. Held in Richmond Park with over 7,000 enthusiastic participants and spectators, the GYM + COFFEE area was a key focal point that guests immediately gravitated towards.
Verve were tasked with concept development and design through to install and on site management during the live event.
Our Design Studio created a colourful festival themed 20m x 20m space that instantly captured guest’s attention whilst ensuring brand guidelines were adhered to throughout.
Our Production Crew and team of Account Managers spent 2 x days installing a bespoke branded entrance arch and walkway, hand-made festival seating, branded photo ops and a large branded ballpit amongst many other interactive games. A branded horsebox also distributed free branded slushies and juices to guests in the area.
A dedicated retail space was also included where consumers could browse, try on and purchase GYM + COFFEE clothing and accessories. Our Brand Ambassadors were also on hand to encourage email sign ups with all targets being exceeded.
GYM + COFFEE had the busiest brand area within the event from the moment the gates opened with guests interacting with the many engagement touch points throughout the space.
All materials used for the build were recyclable with many being reused for upcoming events. A conscious effort was made by both Verve and GYM + COFFEE to ensure all sustainable options were utilised.
